Q: What is the recommended amount of Q-Chews?
A: We recommend 2 chews on a daily basis and do not advocate eating more than 4 chews per day. Each chew contains 250 milligrams of Quercetin. While many people feel an actual difference in their mental focus and workouts, or feel they can handle stressful situations better immediately, it may take up to a couple weeks to get full benefit of supplementing with Q-Force.
Q: Can I overdose or is taking too many chews harmful?
A: Quercegen’s experts who prepared the dossier resulting in the FDA's GRAS Notified Status suggested that it is okay for healthy adults to ingest 1,250 milligrams per day of Quercetin, and for those battling a health condition, up to 2,000 milligrams per day. This would represent up to 5 Q-Force chews for healthy adults and 8 Q-Force chews for the latter.
Q: How does Q-Force taste?
A: Q-Force tastes excellent! It is a tangy citrus flavor that most consumers enjoy.
Q: Is there any caffeine in Q-Force?
A: No, there is no caffeine. However Quercetin acts in similar ways as caffeine as it is an adenosine antagonist. People who consume Q-Force may feel a subtle lift and increased feeling of mental alertness but do not necessarily feel the jolt (and associated crash) of a cup of coffee or caffeinated energy drink.
Q: Is Q-Force safe for pregnant mothers, and/or those with health conditions?
A: If you are pregnant, nursing or have a specific health condition we recommend that you consult with your physician before supplementing with Q-Force chews.
Q: What is the difference between consuming Quercetin tablets and Q-Force?
A: Most Quercetin tablets are made using low grade Quercetin made in China which is neither food grade or GRAS notified with the FDA. Q-Force chews contain QU995™ which is the highest purity at 99.5% or more pure Quercetin combined with Vitamins B3 and C, as well as Folic Acid, in our patented QB3C™ health formula to deliver what we believe to be a safe product with significantly benefits.
Q: What are the optimal times of day to take Q-Force?
A: We recommend 1 chew in the morning and 1 in the afternoon to keep Quercetin at a stable level in your blood plasma. Additional chews are ideally consumed before exercise, when undergoing stress and when fighting respiratory illness or recovering from a cold.
Q: Where is Quercetin found in nature?
A: Quercetin is commonly found in trace amounts in various fruits in vegetables. Most common are apple skins, onion peels and capers.
